Course Description:
This course discusses the USP General Chapter <621> Chromatography, with the focus on system suitability parameters, and adjustments allowed to the chromatographic system. Additional topics covered in this course are basis of HPLC theory, column selection and practice. Update on harmonization efforts and elements on validation and verification of compendial procedures will also be discussed.
