Course Description:
This course will cover the fundamentals and principles of AQbD including compendial aspects and discussions on regulatory scenario. This course will present case studies for the application of AQbD with an emphasis on liquid chromatography technique (LC-UV and LC-MS) and will cover all elements included in the AQbD workflow such as quality risk management, chemometric methods with an emphasis in factorial planning and establishment of analytical control strategies.
