Course Description:

Chromatography is one of the most used analytical separation techniques in the Pharmaceutical Industry, HPLC being one of the most widely used techniques.

This workshop will address the fundamental principles of chromatography, the concepts contained in the General Chapter <621> of USP-NF, Chromatography modalities and selection of chromatographic columns.

On the second day of the workshop, we will have a session dedicated to the identification, resolution and prevention of the main problems related to these analytical procedures, with the presentation of real case studies.
