Course Description:

USP General Chapter <621> Chromatography and compendial HPLC practices are the focus for this course. Discussion on system suitability parameters and adjustments allowed to the chromatographic system are key components. Additionally, the basis of HPLC theory, column selection, and practice will be addressed. An update on harmonization will also be covered during the course.
