Course Description:

Chromatography is one of the most used analytical separation techniques in the Pharmaceutical Industry, with GC being one of the most widely used techniques, as well as HPLC.

This workshop will address the fundamental principles of chromatography, the concepts contained in the General Chapter <621> of the USP-NF, instrumentation and selection of chromatographic columns for GC.

On the second day of the workshop, we will have a session dedicated to the identification, resolution and prevention of the main problems related to these analytical procedures, with the presentation of real case studies.
